Dr. Hadeer Karmo is a Vanderbilt trained neonatologist, practicing neonatology for the last 30 years. He is currently the president of PedForAll, a group of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners providing unique 24/7, in-house coverage, to community hospitals via telemedicine, which allows sick and premature babies to remain in the community and not be separated from the family after birth. This service also allows pregnant mothers who would otherwise be transported for higher care to deliver with their own obstetrician in the community.

Dr. Karmo currently lives in Nashville with his wife and 2 children.
