Leave A Legacy

Planned giving provides donors opportunities to create a legacy through improved community care and expanded healthcare services. Options for planned giving include bequests, living trusts, beneficiary designations, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, real estate, and endowed gifts.

The Stuart Legacy Society is named for Dr. Edward Stuart, whose vision and generosity led to the establishment of a community hospital in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Named in memory of his beloved wife, Jennie Stuart Memorial Hospital opened its doors in 1914 and continues to honor Dr. Stuart’s legacy of quality community healthcare over 90 years later as Jennie Stuart Medical Center. The Stuart Legacy Society honors individuals who have included the Jennie Stuart Health Foundation in their estate planning.

It would be our pleasure to talk with you about a gift to an existing fund, a planned gift or other meaningful ways to support community healthcare through the Jennie Stuart Health Foundation.
